How to Voice a Concern or Make a Complaint
What if things don’t go as I expected and I want to make a complaint?
We want to make things right, but in the event that any client of Mama and Me MIHP is dissatisfied. Please know that you have the right to file a grievance or complaint without concern of discrimination, reprisal, or unreasonable interruption of services. If you have an issue that you are unable to resolve with your nurse or social worker, please use one of
the following options:
- Report your concerns to agency owners by phone by calling 734-215-5543
- Report your concerns to agency owners by email: mamameteam@mamamemihp.com
- Report your concerns to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services at 1-833-644-6447.
- Report your concerns to customer service at your Medicaid Health Plan by calling the number on the back of your insurance card
